We are looking for a highly organized leader with natural customer service skills.

Mission: The Community Manager is the leader of the on-site management team. This is the key role in following through on our commitment to deliver outstanding service to both residents and homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership to the on-site management team
• Communicate professionally and diligently with residents and homeowners
• Collaborate on the creation and implementation of the Association’s annual budget
• Manage and build relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of facilities and grounds

Performance Expectations:

• Achieve a 90% satisfaction rating on services performed by the on-site management team
• Proactively pursue industry accreditations – specifically targeted credentials and timeline to be identified in final interview stage

Compensation:

• Highly competitive + benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
