In this role, the Client Communication Coordinator focuses on assisting our Client Strategy team to navigate service needs of the client, ensuring proper escalations as required, and managing technology and service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as part of our Client Strategy Team
- Prepare and review reports and metrics for client strategy meetings
- Generate monthly client reports on overall customer service and other client metrics
- Manage client documentation with accuracy and handle client policy & renewal changes
- Maintain data integrity in client databases
- Answering and directing overflow calls
- Oversee credential monitoring services, phishing and training campaigns
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Smart, fearless people who love to communicate and build relationships
- A passion for customer service and doing things right for our clients and team
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow through skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
