Cella is looking for an organized and well-rounded Communications Consultant for our client, a successful restaurant chain!

In this role, you will help create and execute the strategic internal communication processes and platforms for Support Now's Customer Support team. You will work closely with their Communications Lead to create and maintain the channels and processes that govern how they communicate with Restaurant Operators, Customer Support Agents, and other key stakeholders.

Successful candidates for this role must have strong communication and planning skills to coordinate work across multiple teams. They must possess exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, design, and provide quality control for staff communications, e-mail campaigns, and SharePoint management.
  • Understand the different communication needs within the growing team and create effective processes for communicating with different audiences.
  • Help maintain communication channels.
  • Partner with SMEs to ensure SharePoint content is up to date.
  • Create templates/processes for communicating during crisis communication scenarios.
  • Provide writing and editing support for communication projects.
  • Create content for Customer Support staff newsletter.
  • Develop compelling narratives about Customer Support work that informs and inspires various audiences.
  • Create content for emails, intranet articles, design projects, presentation decks, etc.
  • Assist staff with ad-hoc communications as needed.
  • Coordinate different project tasks and meetings.
  • Help develop and monitor project schedules, project plans, and budgets.
  • Help with the development of detailed project requirements.
  • Help with the execution of project management duties including the following:
    • Organizing project meetings and determining project requirements.
    • Documenting and distributing project notes to all project team members.
    • Prioritizing projects and tasks.
    • Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed.
    • Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (communications, marketing, journalism, business, project management).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated.
