Job description

Patrick Miller Construction Inc. is currently hiring, experienced commercial roof service technicians. Patrick Miller Construction, a local, family owned and operated company, has immediate openings for commercial roof service technicians looking for a stable work environment, variety of projects and locations to work on and to be a member of a great team. We are a fully licensed general contractor specializing in windows, siding, roofing, garages and decks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
  • Experience in EPDM, TPO and PVC roofing
  • Flat roofing experience
  • Safety minded
  • Not afraid of heights
  • Willing to work outdoors
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Efficient and dependable
  • Works well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Leak response (emergency and standard)
  • Follow internal procedure for commercial roof repair
  • Inspect areas of concern and propose solution
  • Lay patches
  • Commercial gutter repair
  • Occasional steaming/shoveling off commercial roof
  • Operate rented lift when needed
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Willing to train others in
  • Drive company vehicle to and from job site
  • Help out with other tasks as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
