AquaTech Pool Management Group has 3 openings available for a commercial pool service technician.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

AquaTech Pool Management Group manages Country Clubs, Aquatic Centers, upscale communities and HOAs, Members-only clubs and more throughout Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point, Thomasville and surrounding areas.

• Starting pay $18/hr. no experience needed; we will train you!

Aqua Tech Service Technicians have an important job! You will be responsible for helping with opening, maintaining and closing pools during the 2023 swim season. Given the seasonal nature of the pool management business, service technician's responsibilities differ depending on the time of year:

• Spring (Jan-April): Technicians will be trained to prepare facilities for county inspections. Preparation will include cleaning, light repairs & ensuring appropriate equipment is present & functional.
• Operating Season_ (May-September)_: Technicians will complete daily facility visits to ensure pools meet AquaTech's standards for safety & cleanliness. Duties include checking and balancing pool chemicals, vacuuming and cleaning pool & restrooms, completing work orders for each pool, ensuring pool equipment is in good repair, and performing minor pool repairs.
• Fall (October-December): preparing facilities for the off-season, including applying pool covers, stacking furniture, winterizing facilities, etc.

Service technicians must be at least 18 years old and meet eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle, including holding a valid driver's license for 3 or more years. Need to have a clean driving record: No DUIs, no accidents.

The job of Service Technician is a physically demanding job, and exposure to the elements during all seasons is expected.

This position is available on a full time and/or seasonal basis, on average 30-40 hours per week, depending on the time of year.
