Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Youngwood, PA branch for a Full-Time Quotes Associate for our Commercial Lighting Division.

Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring the CLD Quotes request email account.
• Reviewing all requests to ensure that all pertinent information is included.
• Controlling the department bid scheduling and assigning projects according to team members work loads.
• Maintaining the company’s bid calendar with sales follow up information, awarded/ lost status, and purchase order information.
• Updating and maintaining Excel sales follow up lists for the Project Departments.
• Answering incoming phone and email inquiries regarding bidding projects and quotes statuses.

Required abilities include:

• Professional phone skills, basic math and typing ability.
• Interest in learning new things.
• Working in a collaborative fast paced team environment.
• Basic reading of construction drawings.
• Training will be provided.

All employees are subject to and must execute an Employment Agreement that includes a restrictive covenant, (Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure). This restrictive covenant is for a period of 3 years or within 100 miles of any Scott Electric location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.75 - $21.00 per hour
