If so, Department of General Services (DGS) is recruiting two Commercial Leasing Specialists.Work together with a team that has expert knowledge of all commercial real estate markets while utilizing your skills in market research, negotiations, and project management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Oversee various real estate projects throughout the state of California

· Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

· Negotiate commercial leases for numerous state organizations, departments, and agencies

· Work with a variety of property types such as: commercial office buildings, warehouses, ground/land leases, and boat docks

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Negotiation of all types of commercial real estate contracts

· Ability to cultivate relationships across an organization

· Commercial or governmental real estate property management and leasing

· Understanding the importance of scope, schedule, and budget in delivering projects

· Ability to manage multiple complex real estate projects

· Business/Economics Degree

Pay: $3,895.00 - $7,256.00 per month
