The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000-$166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Understand what good looks like for commercial opportunities and build a process and tools to define and visualize it
Continuous Improvement of process and tools to support changes to business and feedback from actual project execution
Leveraging data to escalate exceptions and gain approval at the right time
Inform SIOP for capacity decisions especially during peaks and valleys
Policy ownership, interpretation, and enforcement
Weekly tracking of deals through high profile, tight-turn process
Communication of deal highlights and agenda
Training and support of tool approvals
Change management of milestone review process improvements
What We are Looking For:
Ability and experience working in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented environment (large multinational company or large firm public accounting experience advantageous.)
Ability to work under pressure and balance the need for the team to deliver results in the short term while investing and developing the longer-term vision.
Detail oriented, strategic thinker that focuses on the bigger picture
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Proactive & independent – always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing processes
An appreciation for the common objectives and needs of commercial functions paired with the ability to drive these objectives through analytics and insights
A strategic mindset—ability to gather unstructured data, synthesize frameworks, and test & learn through hypothesis design, lean experimentation, and iteration
Ability to build something from nothing—a willingness to jump in with little guidance
Strong organization and documentation habits/skills
Fluency in coordination across all functional stakeholders and ability to effect change within a rapidly growing enterprise
Education And / Or Experience:
5-8 years of experience in commercial or financial analysis
B.A. or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, or another quantitative field
Strong analytical and problem-solving mind, combined with strong business acumen
Advanced skills with Excel are required.
Experience with Salesforce and remaining Microsoft applications, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the organization
