Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a dynamic CCTS IPT Leader for our team at Kennedy Space Center, FL. This position supports the Commercial Crew Program and reports to the VP and Program manager

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management

• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading a program

• 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives

• 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

• 10+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

• 10+ years of experience in Satellite or Space Programs

• 10+ years of experience in program management of technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas

• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
