Job Summary

We are looking for and experienced cleaner for the duluth/superior area to clean commercial offices and multi family common areas/apartment turnovers and we offer a competitive pay wage. Cleaners should enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. Must be able to work independently and have good attention to detail. 40/hrs a week and part time hours available. A valid driver's license and a good work history is required. Please reply with your work history and availability.

A General Cleaner performs a variety of janitorial and cleaning duties which are related to the general appearance and cleanliness of the interior of the facility/building or apartment units.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sweep floors, hallways, corridors, and stairways, and mops, scrubs, polishes floor surfaces. * Operated general cleaning type equipment i.e. a vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and cleaning solutions as required. * Moves furniture, boxes or other obstacles in accomplishment of cleaning duties. * Moves trash, scraps, and other material to pick up points. * Washes, cleans, disinfects, deodorizes, and maintains restrooms in a clean orderly and sanitary condition. * Replaces toilet tissue, towel, soap, and deodorizer, as required. * Dust, waxes, and polished office furniture: cleans shelves and empties waste baskets. * Maintains/organizes stock of restroom and janitorial supplies closets. * May do light outdoor work related to facility cleanliness such as picking up litter. * Per other related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills

Previous cleaning experience desired * Valid state driver’s license * Excellent attendance record * Proactive and motivated * Good communication skills
