Position: LPN-Clinic
Location: Gunnison, CO 81230
Shifts Available : Monday through Friday - day shift 8am - 5pm
Contract: 13 Weeks

JOB SUMMARY:

The LPN will be the first person that most patients encounter when entering the Family Medicine Clinic. Will collect medical history, point of care diagnostic testing, patient follow up via phone calls and electronic routes.

A clinically competent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct patient care to both acutely and chronically ill patient through the nursing process of assessing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. LPNs are expected to maintain proficiency in the care of all clinical patients, as directed by the Medical Director; to including triage, patient encounters, and regulatory oversight.

LPNs must function collaboratively with patients, families, Physicians, MA’s, and supporting office staff. Nurses consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in planning and delivering nursing care.

REQUIREMENTS:
Min 3 years of Recent LPN-Clinic experience
CO State LPN License
BLS Certification Through AHA
Covid Vaccination Card
