Countryside Body Shop, our family owned and operated collision repair facility, is looking for an experienced Estimator in the Alexandria, MN area. This position is responsible for:
- Greeting our customers in a friendly and inviting manner
- Repair Planning and Blue Printing
- Collecting and updating all customer information
- Properly writing up customer vehicle repairs in CCC
- Working closely with our technicians and insurance companies to ensure supplements are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the repairs of vehicles
- Selling value-added services to customers
- Accurately updating the computerized notes system to clearly show the story of the repair
- Communicating with customers throughout the entire service repair process
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Experience with the Repair Planning process
- 3 year of customer service in the collision repair industry and/or collision repair estimating experience
- Experience CCC estimating systems
- Production manager experience a major plus
- I-Car certifications is a plus
- Quality and team oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
