Collision Center Estimator
Job description
Wayne Akers Ford currently has an open position for an Estimator. We are family owned and operated. If you are a team minded individual, Bi-Lingual and focused on our customer's total satisfaction, then we would like to speak to you today! The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control.
Competitive Pay: $65k - $90K

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in writing profitable estimates
- Above average energy level
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer experience and willingness to learn new programs
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
