Summary of position:

To successfully perform this job, an individual must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have the ability to multitask, and must be able to perform each duty listed below satisfactorily:

• Create customer files as new assignments are received and schedule estimate appointments
• Greet customers when they arrive, locate their file and assign an estimator
• Follow up with missed estimates and repair appointments
• Assign vehicle numbers, notate folders, and inform estimators of vehicle arrivals
• Complete tow intake forms and dispatch tow trucks when necessary
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer phone calls
• Maintain printer to ensure sufficient paper supply and print cartridges are installed and in inventory
• Assist with visitor shuttle service and clerical errands, as necessary
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Basic Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Hendersonville, NC 28791: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
