We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the Collection Representative position. The ideal candidate is someone who can use their strong analytical and organizational skills to resolve customer issues effectively, while also being familiar with company policies and procedures. Our Collection Representatives are responsible for communicating with customers to arrange payment plans and set up repayment schedules, so the successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and the ability to remain objective in stressful situations.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls from debtor about overdue accounts.
• Handle initial contact with debtor.
• Communicate with debtor about payments and deadlines.
• Return calls to debtors.
• Investigate credit application information and other documents.
• Work in an office setting.
