POSITION DETAILS
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company located in the Carmel area in search of a Collections Specialist. In this position, the Collection Specialist will collect on personal property taxes, and for mobile homes and businesses as well. An ideal candidate for this job would be someone who is goal oriented and bonus focused. This company has a lot of tenure, and the team is very close! A background in customer service positions is a huge plus since you will be on the phone quite a bit.
Responsibilities:
Skip tracing
Research and looking for people
Problem solving to gather new information
Reconciliations
Pursuing debts
Collecting on mobile home taxes, and business taxes as well.
Making outbound calls to get updated information such as email addresses, etc.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good typing skills
Problem-solving capabilities
The ability to work alone as well as with a team
2+ years of customer service experience or an Associate’s degree
TERMS:
$19/hour plus bonus pay
M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
