Collaborative Physicians - Remote - Houston TEXAS
Freedom Community Medical Clinic is a nonprofit clinic seeking Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians to work as collaborative physician for Nurse Practitioners.
We have multiple part-time and PRN opportunities for Collaborative Physicians. Minimal time commitment with a flexible, remote work schedule. Great opportunity for additional income! This role ensures Nurse Practitioners (NP) have a collaborative physician with whom he or she can seek consultation about patient care activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Collaborative Physician in accordance with State of Texas law and terms and conditions of the NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement. Fulfilling state of Texas requirement as a collaborator.
- Collaborative physicians will conduct quality reviews of the NP's patient charts on a periodic basis and be available for consultation regarding patient care.
Qualifications
- Texas Licensure
- Current board certification
- Valid Texas medical and DEA licenses.
Job Type: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per month
