Medical Billing – Certified Coders

Primary job requirement will be reviewing clinical documentation and diagnostic services to assign all appropriate CPT/ICD-10 diagnosis codes and modifiers for ER, Ortho, General Surgery, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Anesthesia, ENT, GI, and Pulmonary. Must be able to work independently in a high-volume atmosphere. Will be required to provide support services to all patient accounts staff (billing, follow-up, etc.). Will also work with additional coding team members to improve workflow to reduce billing, and coding errors.

CPC certification required (AAPC or AHIMA), 2+ years coding experience required, and Epic software experience a plus.

Training will be required in the office along with a current employee prior to working from home.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
