Job description
HardHat is looking for experienced CNC Machinists for a fabrication shop in Louisa, VA. Must have reliable transportation and follow all safety guidelines.
***Pay is based on experience***
DETAILED DUTIES:
1. Ability to read and interpret Shop machining drawings.
2. Ability to program set up and run CNC Lathes and Mills working off shop drawings.
3. Ability to hold tolerances to within .0005” as required.
4. Programming on Fagor, Fanuc, Haas and Heidenhain controls using “G” code without the use of programming software. Experience on all controls is not required.
5. Able to use precision measuring equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, dial bore gauges.
6. Consistently produce high quality and accurate parts.
7. Show up to work on time every day.
8. Able to work safely in a Heavy Industrial environment.
9. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
