Job Description:
Seeking a CCT to serve in as a float for our clinics in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends are required and most major holidays are scheduled off. The ideal candidate has experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician, though this experience is not required. This employee rooms patients, including obtaining vitals and assigning questionnaires, for a wide variety of departments. Will work with a number of clinics, including dermatology, podiatry, ENT, internal medicine, sleep medicine, pulmonology, rheumatology, and pediatrics. You will float to the department with the highest need, so day to day may look different as you work with a variety of teams. Seeking someone who is flexible and reliable. The Clinic Care Technician is primarily responsible for providing clinical assistance for patient care. These duties may include greeting and rooming patients, interview patients to obtain a limited medical history and obtain vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature), document in patient chart or electronic medical record. This position will also be responsible for stocking and cleaning exam room per clinic and infection control policy, order and maintain clinic lab supplies, and all other duties as assigned. This position will also have responsibilities for assisting with clerical duties as assigned. This position may float to support other areas as assigned.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred Qualifications include customer service skills, the ability to follow direction and perform tasks within the scope of the job, experience in healthcare or patient care experience, experience using electronic medical records (EMR), and medical terminology.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
