Summary/Objective
Provides high quality professional health care to patients of all ages in their home environment. Provides personal care and routine duties and procedures to assigned patients in their home.
Status: Full time, Weekends, Holidays
Shift: 8am to 4:30pm
Licenses/Certifications: CNA in the State of Illinois

Iroquois Memorial Hospital and Resident Home is located in Watseka, Illinois. The Resident Home is a 35 bed skilled nursing facility, attached to the hospital. The Resident Home offers low staff to resident ratios, consistent assignments, dedicated team members and a great working environment. The hospital is a 25 bed facility that consists of clinical and diagnostic services which are dedicated to providing high quality health care services to the community. These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care.
