Job description
We are looking for compassionate Caregivers whether you’re a student or retired looking for a flexible schedule come join us in our mission of enhancing senior’s lives. You work individually with client’s, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Home care agency serving clients in Wichita and surrounding areas.

Providing companionship and conversation
Provide transportation to and from appointments
Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
Planning and preparing meals
Providing medication reminders
Helping family members learn safe care techniques
Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
A strong desire to provide compassionate care
Valid driver’s license and transportation
Proof of current TB testing
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
