Job description

Provides personal care for the of daily living to the residents assigned at Canterfield.

Communicates with all other departments as necessary to ensure the needs of each resident is being met.

Practices safety measures at all times to protect and prevent harm to any resident or staff member.

Exerting 50 to 100 lbs of force occasionally, and/ or 20 to 50lbs of force frequently, and /or 10 to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects.

Repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, reaching and walking.

Monitoring resident's behaviors, moods, input and output changes. Effectively communicating these changes to appropriate staff members when necessary.

Complete any and all task asked to be performed by supervisor.

Always practice HIPPA laws.

Participate in being an active team member at Canterfield.

Hold an active CNA license in the state of Florida.

Pass evening and morning meds.

hours dayshift is 7am to 3pm

Evening shift is 11pm to 7am

Be able to take charge in an emergency in the evening hours

oversee the C-N-A s and RA on the evening shift

All different days of the week
