The Radcliff is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to care for the senior residents of our community. We are a privately owned facility, with 5 floors devoted to resident housing. We serve a combination of assisted living, independent living, and memory care. We value teamwork, good communication skills, and a caring disposition. Salary:
Starting pay is $21 but is negotiable depending on years of experience
Available Shifts
- Day shift (6am-6:30pm)
- Evening shift (2pm-10:30pm)
Weekly Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Every other weekend required for full time employees

Responsibilities for this position
- Assist with ADL's documentation and communication of daily tasks
- Respond to calls for assistance in a timely manner
- Assist with transfers and escorts to meals, activities, etc.
- Manage resident laundry and showers
- Communicate with families regarding resident care as needed
- Assist with meal set up and assistance for our memory care residents
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant - Certification
- CPR Certification recognized by the American Heart Association
