What will I be doing?

• Provides outstanding Owner appreciation and service.
• Prepares buffet areas, ensuring all necessary items are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner. Inspects buffet areas to ensure maximum quality.
• Ensures food, beverage, and condiment items are replenished regularly to prevent a disruption in food availability to our Owners.
• Maintains the kitchen, buffet, presentation, and lounge areas cleanly and neatly, paying close attention to all food surfaces, refrigerators, tables, and floors busses and maintains tables throughout the day.
• Adheres to all local, state, and federal food handling and health guidelines as required by law—alerts management to any potential problems or areas of concern in this regard.
• Works closely with departmental manager to prepare and place orders, maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Receives and organizes all food and supply orders upon receipt.
• Assists and provides support to other departmental team members when necessary.
• Responds quickly to Owner requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure Owner satisfaction.
• Displays professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company philosophies, policies, and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Strong commitment to the consistent delivery of quality guest service.
• At least 2 years of customer service or food service experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Basic knowledge of food handling laws and procedures is required.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• High School Graduate.
• Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs without accommodation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
