Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified new or establised BCBA
  • A leader who wants to provide training and supervision for our technician staff and to create a fun, teamwork-focused environment
  • someone who thrives when part of a collaborative team
  • Knowledgeable of DTT and can develop and implement FBAs, FAAs, PBSP and PBIP
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting the needs of patients, families and team members
  • Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential

Required: Master’s Degree or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
  • Develop and conduct staff trainings
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams
  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
