Duties/Responsibilities Include:
*Absolutely MUST HAVE A VALID OH LPN OR RN LICENSE*
"Medical Assistant" is not sufficient for this role.
- Facilitation of Nursing Schedule
- Management and directing of incoming orders and PHI to appropriate business development personnel (mostly done by managing faxes).
- Assisting in obtaining verbal orders for new patient admissions.
- Wound Care Binder oversight that is completed by field nurses.
- Management of frequencies of plans of care reported by clinicians to make sure all frequencies are getting added to clinical schedules.
- Assisting in addressing patient medical concerns from clinicians and patients (vital sign log, following up on missed visits, etc.).
- The work shift for this position would be 8am - 5pm Sunday - Thursday. Sunday work shift would be flexible, meaning its done remotely and start/stop time would be discussed with supervisors and has the potential to not be a full 8 hour day.

- LPN/MA: 1 year (Required)
