Comprehensive Pain Consultants, a PartnerCare Affiliated Company, is looking for an experienced Clinical Site Supervisor to join our team in Asheville. This is a full time opportunity that will float between our West Asheville and Fletcher clinics.

As a Site Supervisor at CPC, you will provide an exceptional and warm experience and demonstrate compassion to all patients experiencing chronic and/or acute pain. The right candidate for this role will be a great team leader and member ready to work with others in the clinic . Our Site Supervisors are known for being kind and friendly, open to feedback for growth, and a role model of our values.

Job Duties

The Site Supervisor will orchestrate the daily operations of the clinic.

• Creating a warm, inviting environment for patients and teammates.
• Facilitate communication and relationships with teammates, providers, and other departments.
• Training teammates on processes and procedures of the clinic.
• Reinforcing standards with teammates.
• Organizing the office to ensure everyone has the equipment and tools needed.
• Evaluating the patient flow of the clinic, identifying “pain points” and engaging the team in continuously improving the operations of the clinic.
• Manage employee and provider schedules.
• Produce reports and use data to inform your decisions, such as patient volume and budget numbers.
• Ensure safety and privacy measures are implemented and followed.
• Manage local building issues.
• Address patient inquiries and complaints.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma/GED requiredAssociates or bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred.
• Three (3) years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of HIPPA and client confidentiality laws.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fletcher, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medical management: 3 years (Preferred)
