Summary
Responsible for working collaboratively with program clinicians and other members of the Interdisciplinary team in developing and providing quality specialized programming for participants served in the TREE program setting. TREE - Treatment, Responsibility, Empowerment, Employment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
Essential Job Functions
  • Provide direct clinical support to individuals in the TREE program during program hours, acting as a trainer, mentor and demonstrator to TREE direct support staff.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate programming opportunities based on participant’s interests and individualized service plan objectives.
  • Works in conjunction with the clinical department to develop and facilitate groups for participants that address barriers to inclusion in the community and align with their treatment plans across settings.
  • Develop and adapt activities and materials to meet the various learning styles of program participants.
  • Implement specialized skills groups and individualized programming based on participants support plan goals and objectives.
  • Monitors ongoing data collection and complete fidelity/quality checks on a periodic schedule to ensure accurate recording by staff.
  • Participates and assists in the intake process for new referrals, gathering clinical information and direct observation to determine if TREE services are appropriate and assist in the transition planning for participants entering and exiting TREE program services.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • 2 years of instructional, training, or teaching experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with the DD population.
  • Experience working with electronic health record systems preferred.
  • Previous experience working with dually diagnosed clients highly desirable.
