This individual provides coordination for children and their families with partnership schools to engage families in services and enhance treatment goals and effectiveness. This individual will create and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with partnership school administration and staff.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be 18 years old

Bilingual

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in behavioral health (B.H.) related field; or

· Clinical Intern in bachelor’s or master’s degree behavioral health program in good standing; or

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in non-BH related field AND 1 year of BH work experience; or

· Associate degree AND 2 years of BH work experience; or

·High School diploma and 4 years of experience in a BH setting (1 year must be direct patient contact). If the applicant has less than four years and/or at least one year of direct care experience, Director approval will be required during hiring and credentialing process.

· Ability to provide culturally sensitive services

· Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and/or Electronic Health Records systems

· Must possess strong written and verbal skills and attention to detail

· CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or the ability to be trained within 90 days of hire date.

· Copy of TB PPD Status (recent with 3 years), screening forms, and/or proof of chest x-ray as applicable

· Copy of Hep B Vaccination or Titer’s Test

· Copy of Immunization Records or Titer’s Test for MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu

· Must have or able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card

· Must have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the behavioral health services that the agency is authorized to provide and to meet the unique needs of consumer populations served by the agency, including children and meet requirements for a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT).

· Must be credentialed as a BHT within 90 days of hire.

· Must be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of human behavior and child development theories.

· Must maintain current CPR/1st Aid certification.

· Must receive the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine within the first week of hire date, and the second dose within 8 weeks of hire date: Vaccination Exemptions accepted upon approval

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,680.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
