Clinical Program Director On Demand Counseling- Newton Falls to provide clinical supervision for behavioral health professionals in conjunction with the MAT team. With locations in Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull counties, we are seeking compassionate, energetic, and self-motivated team members who have the desire to make a difference in the lives of many struggling with mental health or dependency. Monday-Friday, 8-4pm/9-5pm, ability to flex time based on site needs

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure safety at the facility at all times.
  • Work in tandem with all staff (direct care/admin) medical, and clinical staff to ensure client care as a focus of the facility.
  • Ensure clinical program is occurring and sufficient with program requirements.
  • Ensure clinical documentation and case management needs are met, and in accordance with ASAM specifications and corresponding policy/rule timelines.
  • Ensure staff supervision at a minimum of one hour weekly covering the following areas: clinical counseling, assessment, treatment planning, intervention, transition planning, ethical considerations, self-care and wellness.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics:

  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Must possess and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to relate with empathy and sensitivity to staff, clients and the community.

Qualifications:

Must be independently licensed at a minimum and working towards obtaining supervisory designation.
