Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively seeking two full-time Clinical Managers to join our Tampa, FL team!

What does a Home Health Clinical Manager do?

The Clinical Manager assists the Director of Clinical Services/Director in the supervision of home health services to patients in their place of residence by physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Some examples include:

• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles
• Consistently follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
• Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
• Reviews clinical documentation and maintains current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance/ Company and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocol

What are some of the qualifications of a Home Health Clinical Manager?

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Florida
• Must have three to five (3-5) years of experience in nursing.
• Must have at least one (1) year of recent experience in home health care
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.
