NOW HIRING: Clinical Liaison
Responsibilities Clinical Liaison:
- Gather all pre-admissions data to determine resident level of care and ability of the center to provide outstanding service
- Interview potential residents and resident representatives to collect accurate data
- Assess residents needs and coordinate care with the team to ensure all needs are met.
- Explain the center admission agreement and all attachments to potential and new residents
- Participate in Marketing the center and maintaining acceptable census levels
- Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications Clinical Liaison:
- Nursing degree preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take directions
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- COVID vaccine
- Previous experience required in a long term care/healthcare setting
