Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator is required to have a minimum of a master’s degree and be licensed in New Jersey as a LSW or LAC. The Clinical Coordinator reports directly to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Coordinator is required to oversee all relevant daily operations related to IIC/BA and Psychotherapy Services.

The Clinical Coordinator meets with POSS team to discuss organizational progress and goals, review the supervisor’s management of their clinical team, and follow-up on case related funding source issues.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills are necessary for this role. Please note that all content of this job description is subject to change at the company’s discretion. The Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with other members of the Clinical/ Management team but reports to the Clinical Director.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Recruits, interviews, and hires staff members
  • Ensures timely staffing of all cases with qualified IICs/BAs/Psychotherapists
  • Coordinates with Case Managers for new referrals
  • Ensures quality clinical service delivery is being met by providers
  • Conducts weekly trainings sessions
  • Conducts intakes
  • Develops, monitors, analyzes, and updates client programming with correct authorizations and other system entries on a regular basis
  • Responds to family/client issues in a timely manner; escalates when necessary
  • Responds to staff issues in a timely manner; escalates whennecessary
  • Develops and writes progress reports and submits on time to ClinicalDirector
  • Maintains the mandatory number of billable hours daily.
  • Facilitates staff trainings
  • Provide support that promotes retention ofIIC/BAs
  • Maintains communication with all staff within agency; responds to staff concerns in atimely manner
  • Maintains appropriate relationships with supervisors and managers (e.g., supportive and approachable)

  • Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills and does not avoid conflicts
  • Demonstrates effective knowledge of typical development, atypicaldevelopment, developmental milestones, and psychotherapy treatment modalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
