RMA is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant for the Lake Mary, Fl office. Schedule will be Monday-Friday (6:00a.m. -2:00 p.m.) or (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) Depending on office needs; Rotating Weekends/Holidays who will work Monday - Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm with rotating weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with clinical procedures
• Accurately document ultrasound report in stim sheet
• Identify specimen for insemination
• Maintain sterile technique
• Perform routine patient assessment
• Clean exam rooms promptly
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Manage lanfax for outside labs, reports, results, prescriptions refills
• Enter all labs and outside reports
• Comfort patients by anticipating patient’s anxieties; answering patient’s questions
• Assure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards
• Maintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with multidisciplinary teams within the Practice

Requirements:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program required; State certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice
• Women’s Healthcare background preferred
• Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• EMR experience preferred
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
