We are hiring Full Time Clinical Analyst

Kindred Hospital La Mirada is an 86-bed long-term acute care hospital, we offer the same critical care that patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Our team plays a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients. We are located just off of the Imperial Highway and not far from Olive Lawn Memorial Park and La Mirada Community Regional Park at: 14900 E. Imperial Highway, La Mirada, CA 90638.

As a Clinical Analyst you will:

• Maintain proficiency in the use of the hospital clinical information system and all applicable computer programs.
• Act as liaison between clinical staff and company IS staff and department.
• Chair the facility Super-User Group for clinical information system.
• Direct the education of staff in the use of the clinical information system.
• Perform audits for the purpose of assessing use and proficiency of the clinical information system.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to the clinical information system to promote compliance to JCAHO standards, federal, state and local regulations.

Education:

• BSN Degree required.

Experience:

• 3 years acute care experience in medical related field.
• 1 year experience in clinical information systems.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Current state license as health care professional.
