Midwest Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct supervision of clinical staff, ensuring that all primary care services are provided in accordance with established standards, and providing guidance and support to staff members. The Clinic Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring patient care, developing and implementing, procedures, and providing education and training to staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinic supervision to primary/internal medicine care providers.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by primary care providers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for primary care providers.
• Provide guidance and support to primary care providers in their daily practice.
• Conduct regular meetings with primary care providers to discuss patient care issues, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to primary care services.
• Supervising and leading projects
• Ensuring project milestones are met
