Clinic: Patient Services Representative - Dayton and Waitsburg

We are looking for one position in our Clinic in Dayton, WA and one position for our Clinic in Waitsburg, WA.
What You will Own and Improve in this Role
- Scheduling of patient appointments on the phone or in person.
- Notify Providers of patient’s arrival and keep Patients informed and comfortable.
- Verify all demographics and insurance information with the patient during the check in process
- Obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations for the patients when necessary.
What you Bring to Your Position
- Protection of patient rights and confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ask for help when needed.
- The ability to confidently multi-task in a fast paced office

To Be Successful
You will be successful in this position by utilizing your customer service skills and attention to detail. You must also have graduated high school or have your GED and at least 1 year of training/experience in a medical office setting. This position is full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.
