Responsibilities of the Patient Clinic Coordinator:

• Maintain the practice’s organization with excellent awareness and acute attention to detail.
• Build strong and lasting connections with our physical therapy patients.
• Active listening and focused multitasking are essential skill sets for this role.
• Be excited to learn about injuries, surgeries, fitness, and exercise programs.

Three-day work week:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:45AM-9:30PM.
• Tuesday and Thursday 6:45AM-8:30PM, Saturday 6:45AM-5:30PM
  • the schedule is determined based on business needs.
• Great for work-life balance, four days off, and opportunities for advancement.
• Four locations: Montville, Riverdale, Paramus, and Wayne, NJ.
