Job Summary:


Responsible for advancing and refining HR's reporting and analytic capabilities through developing and managing an approach which aligns insights from external and internal analytics, human capital best practices, and business strategy/objectives to provide HR and Institutional leaders with actionable, data driven insights conveyed in dashboards and reports.


Job Duties:


  • Delivers ongoing information, assessment and interpretation of workforce analyze trends and forecasts; monitor results of headcount growth in terms of cost, operational volume and efficiency.


  • Performs analysis of relevant HR metrics and uncover and articulate trends in the data; forecast and quantify the workforce gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to support each units strategy; create ad hoc reports based on selected HR metrics, design reports to key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.


  • Analyze employee data and key labor trends to provide insight into the workforce needed in the future to include forecasting and scenario planning quantifying the people impact and needs to inform strategic decisions.


  • Act as an internal consultant and build strong internal customer with HR leadership, business unit heads, FP&A, and key organization stakeholders.


  • Implement and improve technology platforms for performing workforce analytics; partner with HRIS team on what technology and processes will increase overall efficiency, accuracy, and data governance.


  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports, dashboards and analyses to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders.


  • Assess internal and external data (e.g. best practices and benchmarks) to improve HR data and analytics strategy.


  • Actively support broader Human Resources initiatives.


  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



Education:


Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering is required.


Experience:


Five (5) years of experience in Workforce analytics and planning is required.
