Job Title: Receptionist and Client Service Specialist

Summary of Position:
We are seeking a Receptionist and Client Service Specialist for an Ameriprise office located in the Northern Twin Cities metro area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to welcoming clients, answering phones, meeting preparation, forms preparation, filing, maintaining supplies and office equipment, as well as other support items for the office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities – Will change over time to meet the needs of the office and include other duties as assigned by supervisor:

  • Welcome clients into our office.
  • Ensure the breakroom is clean and well-stocked and ready for items clients, as well as the other individuals that work within the office.
  • Point person with building maintenance for office related issues.
  • Answering incoming client calls and redirect as needed.
  • Meeting preparation for advisors and clients.
  • Preparing forms and applications as directed and follow-through with clients and our Corporate Office to ensure proper processing of the applications.
  • Maintain client files in electronic file system.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the office.

  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to write/type letters to clients, business correspondence, and case notes in a clear, concise, and professional manner
