Overview:
The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a very high level of service, as well as assisting the operations team in a variety of functions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in-person- Assist customers while liaising between internal StoneX departments such as risk, compliance, accounting, operations, legal, trading, etc.
- Cultivate and cross-sell clients into other business lines within the firm as appropriate and suitable
- Utilize and act as SME for internal platforms such as Stonex Advisor, MyStoneX, Portfolioshop, NETX360, CSC, and SalesForce
- Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
- Process wire requests and asset movements after managerial approval
- Set-up and implement FTP Files
- Assist with the monitoring of any trade breaks or errors

1+ year of securities experience preferred, but the position is open to May 2023 grads.- Hold a Series 7 License, or be willing to obtain within 90 days.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
- Strong customer skills
- Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior manager
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
