Summary

The Senior Client Services Analyst is the Subject Matter Expert for our Utilization Review product line and processes. The Senior Client Services Analyst is focused on finding, driving and managing process improvement activities that will drive direct value for our customers.

as well as being an expert on our clients’ solutions. The candidate will work with the technology team, customer success, and other business groups to gather information and understand any request which requires indirect leadership skills. The candidate filling this position needs to have advanced problem-solving skills in order to analyze data from multiple sources, identify root cause variances and collaborate with internal and external customers. Deliverables from this role include but are not limited to client presentations, cost-benefit analysis propositions and KPI dashboards


Your role in our mission

  • Performs data analysis, identifies trends and issues, and evaluates and provides recommended solutions for issues identified.

  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Tracks and measures ongoing client activities to optimize performance
  • Prepare reports on account status and analyzes data around performance
  • Maintains technical understanding and competency in their clients’ solution features being delivered
  • Works with technology teams to convey business needs for applications, provide analysis and requirements for application design that focus on automation and innovation, and performs user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of builds.
  • Implements processes aligned to data management standards, ensure data and deliverable quality and requirements are embedded in/adhered to within system development deliverables
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and ability to translate data patterns into business insights
  • Creates visualizations, reports and dashboards that will be uses to convey key business KPIs and client SLA management on a real-time basis to key business stakeholders
  • Partner with client, operations and other teams to drive understanding of our product offerings and services through data analysis.
  • Drives and manages process improvement activities that will drive direct value for our customers
  • Manages training and development program for team ensuring that team training metrics are met and SOPs are regularly updated.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Healthcare experience required with attention to payment integrity
  • Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Experience in walking clients through processes and data questions
  • Ability to comfortably handle conflict resolution scenarios in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
