Job description

Principal Responsibilities:

· Prepares, processes and delivers insurance certificates and auto identification cards.

· Processes policy change requests

· Reviews endorsements for accuracy and delivers to clients

· Delivers Policies of Insurance to clients

· Prepares Binders of Insurance and issues to clients

· Obtain Motor Vehicle Records

· Follow up for payment for non-payment cancellations

· Addressing billing and payment questions from insured and creating transaction/payment analysis when needed

· Invoice agency billed policies/endorsements/audits and distribution of same to client

· Completes special projects as assigned.

· Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segments and processes. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
