We are looking for a client-focused Client Service Representative to join our team in Helotes, TX! In this role you will act as a liaison, providing client support regarding our custom kitchen & bath countertop product/services. You will be responsible for efficiently addressing any reported customer issues while simultaneously ensuring excellent service standards. Experience within the construction industry is a must; previous experience with a stone fabricator or homebuilder company is ideal.

What You’ll Do. . .

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Accurately collect and input data
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

What You’ll Need. . .

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Basic construction knowledge is essential
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional phone communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to take direction from the office manager
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• QuickBooks experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
