As the face of Chantilly Animal Hospital, the Client Service Coordinator (CSC) sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain trustworthy relationships with our clients and their pets. The CSC combines excellent customer service with problem solving skills to develop and maintain these relationships.

We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and service oriented.

The CSC is an important position in the daily hospital operations. The CSC will work hand-in-hand with the Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Tech Assistants. We are a "high touch" hospital with a "come in now" attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Previous work experience assisting clients in a customer service business, both face to face and on the telephone.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong command of the English language both written and oral.
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills, and experience working in a Windows environment.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
