Overview

The Client Relationship Manager role is responsible for developing meaningful relationships with clients and strengthening the Gaetano + Vito’s Team + AFC Mortgage Group’s brand amongst our referral partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Email management of Gaetano + Vito’s email account.

- Calendar Management of GAETANO + VITO and team calendar.

- Phone and text management for GAETANO + VITO and team phones.

- Utilize CRM to track leads, maintain contact notes, generate reports, and complete recurring tasks daily.

- Quick and proactive connection with new clients

- Schedule new client calls, preapproval review calls, under contract/next step calls, annual mortgage review calls with clients for GAETANO + VITO to perform.

- Perform weekly update calls to clients and referral partners.

- Oversee post-closing questions and issues with clients as needed.

- Assist with marketing materials, events and educational classes as needed.

- Miscellaneous – expense reports, gifting program, birthday program

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree

- Prior experience in client facing marketing and customer service

- Strong knowledge of email

- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency

- Interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving skills

- Time management skills

- Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
