Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Advisor
Locations: Maryland | Remote
Get To Know The Team:
Builds and maintains client relationships in order to create demand for the Company’s products and services and generates new revenue opportunities across the global organization. Manages large client relationships with complex business needs and opportunities for extensive revenue growth. Coordinates strategies and efforts on behalf of clients to expand the relationship, improve overall profitability, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention. Works closely with sales, relationship management, and technology associates across the enterprise to determine the best solutions for clients through existing and future products and services. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned clients. Monitors and analyzes market data to identify opportunities and develops strategic direction from market information.

What You Will Get To Do:
  • Perform in a high-level contributor role demonstrating expertise in the fund industry, multiple lines of business, business processes and the customers’ business
  • Proactively build and strengthen SS&C ALPS’ relationship with clients through regular interactions including telephonic meetings, visiting clients, and attendance at industry conferences.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects related to, but not limited to, new lines of business, business process improvement, risk reduction, and best practice identification for both the company and clients.
  • Communicate at a broad level and interact with senior management and clients and become involved in matters between functional areas and/or business units
  • Attend Board of Director meetings as a company liaison
  • Liaise with Project Management Team to coordinate any and all special projects for clients
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations to ensure implementation/compliance
  • Participate in the development of corporate initiatives and facilitate formal internal training
  • Ensure accurate client billing, develop and manage a budget, enforce company policies and procedures, and recommend policies, procedures, and best business practices
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have 10 years of investment management industry experience and 5 years of Account Management or Client Facing experience
  • May be required to work outside of normally scheduled hours as mandated by the client, project, and/or workload (e.g., evenings, weekends, and/or holidays); amount of notice may vary
  • Frequent travel required
