Summit Off Duty Services, LLC, is a nationwide corporate security outsourcing firm headquartered in Irving, Texas (Las Colinas), that provides security and consulting services across the United States. Our primary business function is provisioning off-duty law enforcement officers for various short- and long-term security assignments. As the fastest growing security company of our kind, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join the Summit Service Delivery team as we undergo dramatic growth and expansion.
ROLE
Client Managers play an integral part in our company, working closely with our service delivery teams to ensure operational excellence.
LOCATION
The Client Management position will be held at our Irving (Las Colinas), Texas headquarters.
JOB DUTIES
The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who enjoys providing outstanding customer service and problem-solving solutions in a busy and energetic environment, primarily by telephone and email. Job duties for this position are:
- Assists the Service Delivery Team with staffing jobs/monitoring RollKall
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through an understanding of their security requirements and how they do business with our company
- Fulfill client's and/or client team's requests for staffing via order entry, including initial staffing requests, change orders, and job stops
- Fulfill daily/weekly RollKall project reports and distribute them to respective clients
- Receive and respond to customer requests, questions, and concerns and resolve any issues as necessary
- Fulfill client's or client team's request for localized officer rate information and maintain internal resources for agency pricing
- Update all contact information for clients and law enforcement agency pricing in CRM
- Assist finance in monitoring and collecting past-due invoices
- Assist client team with distribution and management of customer satisfaction survey
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team when requested
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, order management/order entry operations group, or experience in a similar support capacity
- Security Guard Service, Law Enforcement, or Business Services industry experience is a plus. Include working knowledge of the overall process from contract-to order entry-to billing-to collection is a plus as well
- An Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or ticketing systems (Zendesk) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to manage customer complaints, crisis management, and complete reports on time
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong administrative skills with superior attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
