ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes to meeting or exceeding US Retail budget by increasing demand , recapturing lost opportunities and retaining current clients.
  • Provides OTC consultation to prospects/clients received via ECommerce site and other sources. Schedules HAES or directs clients to purchase OTC via website.
  • Utilzes TNS, Returns and other lists/leads to book opportunity appointments and resolve objections concerning price, product or staff. Consults with client , explains hearing loss and hearing aid options.
  • Records notes for every client interaction and communicates with center staff all relevent information in a friendly and cooperative manner.
  • Communicates effectively via telephone, text and/or email with clients and potential clients. Follows up with every appointment booked and records results.
  • Assists clients or prospects at the request of management , Client Support , Marketing Dept. or other.
  • Promotes our trial program, auditory simulation, same day fits and any current discounts/promotions.
  • Offers telehealth services when warranted and in approved states.
  • Maintains advanced knowledge of hearing loss, hearing instruments, pricing, promotions and aural rehabilitation process.
  • Excercises confidentiality as it relates to all business and patient information. Communicates respectfully with all other WSA employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients as a hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
  • Expert level knowledge of hearing loss, hearing aids and aural rehabilitation.
  • Passion for impacting client's lives through better hearing.
  • Expertly skilled at overcoming objections and providing solutions.
  • Open to recommending any product that will improve hearing , including OTC devices.
  • Comfortable recommnending/discussing hearing aids in situations where limited audiometric information is present.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently to maximize productivity
  • Experience with Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications.
  • Experience with team environment and achieving monthly goals preferred.
  • Experience with Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have Active Hearing Aid Specialist License or Dispensing Audiologist license .
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Expected Travel Days-Light: 1 - 10 days
